Cancellation & Refund Policies:
   ~ Until payment is received reservations remain un-confirmed & the spot is subject to be filled by another participant.
   ~ Deposits will be refunded  (minus a $35 processing fee) if cancellation is made (via e-mail) more than 30 days in advance of event.
   ~ For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, refunds are at the discretion of Janet parker (less a required minimum $50 cancellation fee).
